CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure I can provide the best service to all Color Me Pretty gusts, I kindly request that you respect the following cancellation policy. CANCELLATION NOTICE: Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you ned to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other guests and manage my schedule effectively. LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will results in a 50% charge of appointment cost. No-show appointments will be charged the full appointment cost. Cancellation charges must be paid to book another appointment with Color Me Pretty. LATE ARRIVALS: I allow a 10 minute grace period. If you are 15 minutes late, a $25 fee will be applied to your total. If you are excessively late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
