Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
However, to ensure I can provide the best service to all guests, I kindly request that you respect the following cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION NOTICE:
Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other guests and manage my schedule effectively.
LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS:
Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS:
I allow a 10 minute grace period. If you are 15 minutes late, a $25 fee will be applied to your total. If you are excessively late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
